Tried this place for the first time. Found them on an IG post where the employees are happy and smiling. I didn’t get that same vibe when I walked in. They were making drinks and didn’t look up to say hello or make eye contact. I stood in front of the counter not sure how to order a drink and still got ignored. Went to other kiosk and asked a guy standing there. He advised me how to order (on the kiosk monitor). Ordered large white mocha latte with oat milk and extra shot of espresso, $10 with $1 tip (prob shouldn’t have tipped). Drink was good and flavorful, but the service, or lack there of, forced me to give this review 4 stars instead of 5. Typically when I walk into a “mom and pop” coffee shop I get greeted right away with a “hello” or “welcome.” Dunno, I might give them one more try. Maybe the employees were just having a bad day.

Solid coffee spot hidden in the back of a strip mall. Several delicious options, including my favorite, the Banana Bread latte (cold). Way better than anything Dutch Bros ever made for me. Would definitely drive out of my way to visit again.

I stopped by Los Coffeeholice while I was at the SCV Food Hall getting food. My wife loves iced chai latte so I check to see if this place had it. You have to order through the kiosk and there only one machine here. They had a regular iced chai latte and a dirty chai latte which they just added espresso in it. My wife wanted the regular iced chai latte so I ordered that. There an option for easy sweet but none for light ice. The barista station is right next to the kiosk so I think they heard me when I told my wife about not having the option for light ice. The kiosk want you to add tip but if you don't then select the chain and then change the amount to your preference. The barista made the drink quick and put light ice. My wife enjoyed her iced chai latte from here.

Came in on a Saturday morning and the vibe was terrible from the start. There are multiple food vendors inside, but that’s no excuse for the complete lack of basic customer service. Not even a simple “hello” — just three workers staring at me like I was inconveniencing them by showing up. I ordered the cookie butter latte because I’d heard good things, but it was honestly disgusting. It tasted like straight syrup — not sweet, just thick, artificial, and totally unbalanced. It didn’t even resemble a proper coffee drink. Then it got worse. As I was drinking it, I found a piece of green mesh inside my cup. That’s not a “mistake,” that’s a sign of a place that clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or what they’re serving to people. That was enough for me. I won’t be coming back, and honestly, with how things are being run, I don’t see this place lasting long. Good luck — they’re going to need it.

I visited this small coffee shop for the first time. I love supporting local businesses, but it wasn’t what I expected. When I walked in, two young ladies didn’t even greet me. They stood there for a good minute without even acknowledging my presence. Finally, one of them pointed to the kiosk and told me to proceed to order. I was taken back because I hadn’t experienced the wonderful, friendly environment that the online reviews had described. I felt more like a nuisance than a loyal patriot.
